Fire engine warning light on Cougar helicopter prompts return of 2 others
A fire engine warning light Thursday morning on Cougar helicopter returning to St. John's caused two other airborne choppers to turn back as a precaution.
A spokesperson for the company said there was no actual fire and no passengers on board at the time the light came on.
The helicopter landed safely at St. John's International Airport.
As a safety precaution, two other helicopters headed offshore also returned to St. John's.
