3 break-ins in Corner Brook on Sunday

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating three break-ins in Corner Brook over a single 24-hour period this weekend.

The RNC reported three separate break and enters in Corner Brook this weekend.

All of them happened in the 24-hour period ending at 4 a.m. on Monday.

The crimes took place on Herald Avenue, West Valley Road and Central Street.

Police have not said if homes or businesses were targeted, or if anything was stolen.

One arrest has been made in connection with the West Valley Road break-in.

A male youth was arrested on Sunday and charged.

It's not clear if there is any connection between the crimes, or if any other suspects have been identified.

The investigation is ongoing.
