18-year-old to run in N.L. election
A teenager who claims to be the youngest candidate to ever run in a provincial election wants to represent Conception Bay South in the house of assembly.
Noah Davis-Power, who turned 18 last Tuesday, hopes to convince more young people to get involved in politics.
Power told CBC News that he plans to finish a BA in Political Science and then go to law school.
He said education and health care are the issues he would focus on if he is elected on Oct. 11.
