Spring Street fire in Saint John suspicious

Saint John's Fire Service is investigating a possible case of arson.

It took fire crews about three hours to extinguish the Friday night blaze

Saint John's Fire Service is investigating a possible case of arson.

At around 9 p.m. Friday a two storey vacant home on Spring Street in the city's north end caught fire. When fire crews arrived at the scene, flames were shooting from the side and backs of the building.

It took crews about three hours to extinguish the blaze.

No one was hurt.
