Chris Metallic search continues 4 years after disappearance
RCMP plan new search efforts for Mount Allison student who disappeared in 2012
New searches for a Mount Allison University student who disappeared four years ago will be taking place in the coming days.

Sackville RCMP say the new searches by police officers are being organized in an effort to get more information that could help find Metallic.
"We continue to receive information about the disappearance of Chris Metallic," Sgt. Paul Gagné said.
"By conducting these new searches we will be following up on some of that information in order to see if it provides any more information about what happened to Chris."

A few days after Metallic disappeared, his footwear was located off the Haute-Aboujagane Road.
Metallic is Aboriginal, six feet tall and weighed about 180 pounds at the time of his disappearance. His hair is short and black and he was wearing a shiny, bright blue sweater and jeans. He was 20 at the time he disappeared.
If members of the public see police in a particular area, RCMP ask that they stay away from the search area to avoid disturbing any possible evidence or disrupting search plans.
In the four years since Metallic's disappearance, RCMP have used police dogs and a helicopter to search in and near Sackville, as well as in the area of Haute-Aboujagane Road. The RCMP's dive team has searched the Tantramar River and ground search and rescue teams have assisted the RCMP.
