Armed robbery at Moncton Greco Pizza probed by RCMP

Codiac Regional RCMP are seeking the public's help locating and identifying the suspect in an armed robbery at a Moncton Greco Pizza early Thursday morning.

Codiac Regional RCMP are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a Greco Pizza in Moncton early Thursday morning.

A male suspect, armed with a weapon, entered the Killam Drive location at about 1:30 a.m. and demanded money from an employee, Cpl. Mike Gaudet said in a statement.

The suspect, whose face was concealed, fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, said Gaudet.

Police have not released the type of weapon involved.

No one was injured.

RCMP police dog services attended the scene, but the suspect was not found.

He is described as being a man of average height, with a slim build.

He was wearing a dark hoodie, a pair of sunglasses and a white and blue bandana covering his face at the time.
