The STM said in a statement Thursday it would set up a new wheelchair accessible route, called the 77 Lionel-Groulx/MUHC.
Vendôme Metro, which is near the superhospital and currently under renovation, isn't wheelchair accessible.
In February, protesters gathered outside Premier Philippe Couillard's Montreal office to press for universal access to the station and the superhospital.
The new bus will leave every 30 minutes from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.
Service begins May 11.
