Montrealer says language tensions have eased

CBC Montreal went out to speak to anglophones on Monkland Avenue in Côte-des-Neiges.

Peter Bahlawanian is the owner of the Spice Station and he spoke about being an allophone of Armenian descent who came back to Quebec after living in California for two decades.
