Retired astronaut Chris Hadfield was in CBC Montreal's studios Wednesday to talk about his new book, An Astronaut's Guide To Life On Earth and the meteorite that reportedly hit Montreal last night.

He says it's not actually all that uncommon that meteorites hit the Earth — it's just that they normally fall in the ocean or in uninhabited areas.
