Where smoking is banned on restaurant patios and the rules on e-cigarettes

The Quebec government has passed a law that restricts the use of electronic cigarettes and bans smoking on restaurant and bar patios. 

Under the new law, e-cigarette smoking will be prohibited in the same locations as cigarettes.
