Pedestrian, 90, dies after being struck in Laval
Stretch of des Laurentides Boulevard closed as a result of collision
A 90-year-old man has died after being hit by a vehicle this morning in Laval.
Police spokesperson Evelyne Boudreau says the man was struck while he was crossing des Laurentides Boulevard at about 6:30 a.m.
He died in hospital later Thursday.
Boudreau said it appears the man was crossing at a red light.
Des Laurentides is closed between Concorde and Tourangeau streets.
