Jeff Altman, who lives in Chicago, recently stumbled across an old home video passed along to him by his grandmother that offers a unique perspective on Montreal's Expo 67.

The recording, made by his grandfather during a trip to the city, depicts the world fair in all its splendour. Altman decided to put the video online.

"It's very colourful, just the festival alone — the buildings, the architecture, the people," Altman told Daybreak on Monday.
