On Sunday, May 28, the MS Society of Canada is hosting its annual MS Walk of Hope and the West Island chapter has asked CBC Montreal's Do Crew for help.

The MS Walk brings more than 30,000 Canadians together in more than 125 communities to walk and to fundraise to end multiple sclerosis.

The annual event is a major fundraiser for the organization and one whose entire proceeds go to support patients and research into the disease.

"MSers living in the west island have the opportunity to exchange information and build a network through contact with our office staff, other people afflicted with MS and professionals such as adapted yoga and aquafit teachers as well as a psychologist specialised in MS".
