Quebec provincial police have lifted an Amber Alert for one-year-old.

According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the child was abducted in Nova Scotia and had been spotted Wednesday morning at 10:15 a.m. in Saint-Louis-de-Blandford about 70 kilometres east of Trois-Rivières.
