Victim of St. Boniface homicide identified as Camille Runke, 49
The woman who was killed in Winnipeg's St. Boniface on Friday was Camille Runke, 49, and she was the victim of a shooting, Winnipeg police say.

The victim of an early morning shooting in St. Boniface Friday has been identified as Camille Runke, Winnipeg police say.
Police were called to a home in the 500 block of Marion Street at about 8:40 a.m. to investigate reports of a sudden death. Officers found Runke, 49, dead at the scene.
Police said they've received help from the public during the investigation. Investigators have identified suspect(s) but haven't yet spoken with them. No arrests have been made.
Runke's family has been notified. Police are still waiting on autopsy results.
