Self-taught Inuk artist has first mural displayed outside WAG

A mural by Winnipeg-based artist Kailey Sheppard was unveiled Friday on the covered pedestrian walkway adjacent to the construction site at the corner of Memorial Boulevard and St. Mary Avenue.
