Man with dementia who went missing in Winnipeg has been found
A 71-year-old man who went missing in Winnipeg this week has been found and is safe.
Police had issued a plea early Wednesday morning for the public's help in finding Jerry Pangborn, who suffers from dementia.
He had last been seen Tuesday morning near London Street and McLeod Avenue in the city's East Kildonan neighbourhood and police said they were concerned for his well-being.
An updated release from police around 11 a.m. Wednesday said Pangborn was found.
