Man, 59, in critical condition after assault in Winnipeg's North End

A 59-year-old man is in critical condition after he was assaulted in the 700 block of Winnipeg's Pritchard Avenue on Saturday morning.

Police have yet to arrest someone in connection with the incident

A 59-year-old man is in critical condition after he was assaulted in the 700 block of Winnipeg's Pritchard Avenue on Saturday morning.

Winnipeg police responded to the scene around 12:20 a.m. after two men became involved in an argument that escalated into a physical confrontation.

The man sustained serious injuries and was taken from the scene to the hospital.

Police have made no arrests yet.
