Justin Chezick ID'd as homicide victim found in Pritchard Avenue home

Winnipeg police have identified a man whose body was found inside a fire-damaged house in the city's North End earlier this week.

Winnipeg police have identified a man whose body was found inside a fire-damaged house in the city's North End earlier this week.

The body of Justin Harvey Chezick, 42, was discovered after firefighters extinguished the house fire in the 600 block of Pritchard Avenue on Monday.

Chezick's death is being investigated as a homicide.

Anyone with information about Chezick's case is asked to call investigators at 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
