A fire destroyed a business just outside of Brandon, Man. Friday morning.

Firefighters from Brandon were called to a large barn fire at Ambush Paintball about 10 km north of the city along Provincial Road 270 at about 9:30 a.m.

The barn was fully engulfed in flames by the time firefighters arrived, said Brandon Fire and Emergency Services Lieutenant Marv Janzen.

He said the barn couldn't be saved and crews focused their efforts on saving a house and other buildings that were nearby.

Crews had to rely on water being hauled in by pumpers to fight the fire, Janzen said.

No one was injured and there is no word on what caused the fire.
