London transportation company Voyago has been selected to operate a shuttle bus between London, Strathroy and Sarnia, with service set to start in the spring.
Voyago expects to operate three round trips daily and two weekend round trips on fully-accessible buses with an approximate seating capacity of between 20 and 25 passengers.
The program will be completely funded until March 2023 by the Government of Ontario through the Ontario Community Transportation Grant program. The grant total is $1.5 million.
Scheduling and fare information will be available in the New Year.
Voyago started operations in London in 1979 and currently provides a range of different transportation services — from airport shuttles to student busing.
