London police seeking two suspects in east London shooting
The altercation happened in a parking lot on Marconi Boulevard Saturday afternoon
London police are asking for the public's help in locating two suspects wanted in connection to a shooting in a parking lot on Marconi Boulevard Saturday afternoon.
Police say an altercation erupted at around 4 p.m., June 6, after a man and woman who exited their vehicle in the parking lot, were approached by two men. There was an argument, and then one of the suspects pulled out a gun and shot the man.
The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers searched the area for the suspects and the weapon but were not located. The suspects remain at large.
Police say the shooting was not a random act, but wouldn't comment on how the suspects and victim were known to each other. Both suspects have been identified and charged by way of a warrant.
Police are looking for 26-year-old Tyler John Lancha of London, who is facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault, discharging a firearm with intent to wound, and four counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order. Also wanted is 39-year-old Kokoete Anietie Udoh of London, who is charged with aggravated assault.
