Flu shot now available in Waterloo Region

Waterloo Region residents can get their free annual flu shots starting this week.

The free flu vaccine is now available at your health care provider's office, at flu clinics and participating pharmacies across the region. 

And for the first time, the Region of Waterloo Public Health department is offering a nasal spray vaccine for children age two to 17, instead of a needle. The nasal spray vaccine was available last year but not through public health departments.
