As another year draws to a close, we're speaking to leaders in the Region of Waterloo about 2016 and what their priorities are for the year ahead.

In this interview with Craig Norris on The Morning Edition, Regional Chair Ken Seiling talks about what lies ahead next year, as LRT construction tapers off, the European style feel the ION trains will bring to Waterloo region, and some of the challenges the community faces including affordable housing, quality childcare and ambulance response times.
