Enter the Sandman Centre. Kamloops Interior Savings Centre has got a new name. The naming rights have been scooped up by the Sandman Hotel Group. They've got a Signature hotel right across from the arena.

The Sandman Centre will be home to the Blazers for the next ten years. The name change officially takes effect on September 1. The Sandman chain is owned by Northland Properties, whose president is Tom Gaglardi. He's also a co-owner of the Kamloops Blazers.

So, how does the new name fit? Daybeak hit the streets.
