The investigation began five months ago after officers received calls from people in the community.
Police searched the home near MacEwan Road and 119 Street on Wednesday, Nov. 17.
"This is a direct result of people paying attention to what’s going on in their community and contacting police when they feel something is not right," vice section Staff Sergeant John Fiorilli.
A 47-year-old man from Edmonton, a 35-year-old woman and a 39-year-old woman, both of Vancouver are charged with keeping a bawdy house, living off the avails of prostitution and possession of the proceeds of crime.
