Are the downtown pedways too hard to navigate?

An Edmonton man wants to make the city's downtown pedway system easier to navigate.

Tim Querengesser recently moved to Edmonton from Toronto. Since his arrival, he’s noticed that while Edmonton is well set-up for cars to navigate, it’s not always so simple for people – especially in downtown’s complex pedway system.

While many downtown buildings are linked, he says it can be complicated to get where you need to go.

CBC News sent out one of our own recent arrivals – reporter Kristina Partsinevelos – to see whether she could navigate across downtown.
