Firefighters battled a large fire at Now Automotive Centre at 9619 Macleod Tr. S.W. late Thursday night.

A large fire at Now Automotive Centre has several blocks of Macleod Trail closed. (CBC)

Emergency responders received the call just after 9 p.m.

The mechanic shop is close to Ranchman's western bar. (CBC)

Several fire trucks and first responders were still on scene at 11 p.m.

Now Automotive Centre on fire Thursday evening (CBC)

Macleod Trail between 90th Avenue and 94th Avenue is closed at this time for the operation.
