Do you have some amazing feedback you are just aching to give city planners about the future of the province's busiest road, Calgary's Deerfoot Trail?

Ache no more. There are four open houses where you can see ideas, offer your own, and get caught up on what's planned so far.

Up to 170,000 vehicles use Deerfoot. Every. Day.

Even the city acknowledges things need to change.

"Right now, we all know it doesn't work," said city project manager Jeffrey Xu told CBC News last month.

The city, and Alberta Transportation because this road is also a provincial responsibility, is looking at 35 kilometres of road with 19 interchanges, including a new one.

Four open houses are scheduled, with the first starting Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Forest Heights Community Association.

Here's the full open house schedule. Online feedback continues until Nov. 25.

Construction could start as soon as next year.
