Calgary massage therapist faces 20 charges for sexual assault, voyeurism and forcible confinement
Greg Howden was initially charged with one count of sexual assault in May
A Calgary-based massage therapist now faces 20 charges after he was initially arrested on one count of sexual assault in May.
Greg Howden, 36, has now been charged with 14 counts of sexual assault, five counts of voyeurism and one count of forcible confinement for incidents ranging from Nov. 2015 to May 2018, according to Calgary police.
Howden was first charged after a 30-year-old woman alleged she was assaulted throughout her massage at Massage Addict in Mahogany.
At the time of his arrest, police said they were looking at other allegations against Howden while he was working at three other businesses — Montgomery Chiropractic Plus, RnR Wellness Spa and Beddington Chiropractic Clinic.
"The Calgary Police Service would like to thank the public for coming forward with information as well as the owners of all the clinics who have been fully supportive of the investigation," said police in a news release.
Howden will make his next court appearance on Oct. 19.
