Calgary crash sends 1 to hospital in life-threatening condition
52nd Street was closed at 130th Avenue S.E. while police investigated
Calgary police closed 52nd Street at 130th Avenue S.E. for part of Sunday morning after a crash sent one person to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just before 8 a.m. when a vehicle hit the median then collided with a light pole.
A second person in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
Police closed the road while officers investigated and it was re-opened about 10:30 a.m.
