One of nature’s wonders is again manifesting on the Harrison River in B.C.’s Fraser Valley east of Vancouver.

Some 7,000 bald eagles are gathering in their annual migration.

Eagle experts say more of this species gather on the Harrison River than anywhere else in the world, even more than the massive numbers that swarm on the coast in Brackendale, B.C., north of Squamish.

They will move on in a few weeks, and return to nest and give birth to a new generation in the spring.
