Rueben Buhler charged in Burns Lake triple homicide
1 woman and 2 men dead, police confirm

Rueben Buhler, a 54-year-old B.C. man, has been charged following a triple homicide at a home in the remote community of Burns Lake, RCMP say.
Buhler is facing three counts of second-degree murder and is expected to appear in Burns Lake provincial court on Wednesday.
Police said they were first called to the home on the 200 block of Fifth Avenue on Monday morning.
When they arrived around 8:25 a.m. PT, they found one woman and two men dead inside. The identities of the three victims have not been released.
No other details have been released, but police said there is no danger to the community and they believe this is an isolated incident.
Burns Lake Mayor Luke Strimbold posted a message last night on his Facebook account.
"Tonight I ask for each of us to think about and say a prayer for the families that are faced with questions and sadness," said the message.
"Many families have had difficult challenges and losses over the last few days and month. Let's unite together in thoughts and prayers for the safety and well-being of all our community members."
