As part of our municipal election coverage, CBC's Andrew Chang is doing a series of sit-down interviews with the major mayoral candidates in both Vancouver and Surrey.

In the first of the series, Surrey mayoral candidate Linda Hepner discusses her views on two major issues facing that city, transportation and crime.
