The Non-Partisan Association's Kirk LaPointe says he will bring transparency to City Hall and introduce campaign finance reform if he becomes the next mayor of Vancouver on November 15.

LaPointe made the comments during a sit-down interview with the CBC's Andrew Chang on Friday.
