Darwin Lescano, the 38-year-old son of a Richmond, B.C. woman found dead in her home last month, has been charged with her murder, according to homicide investigators.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been looking for Lescano since shortly after Redelma Belisario's body was discovered by family members three weeks ago.
Sgt. Stephanie Ashton said he's now in custody, and has been charged with the 2nd degree murder of his 62-year old mother.
"He was found on the Downtown Eastside, the exact location I am not aware of," she said. "He was taken into custody by Vancouver Police without incident."
Belisario was found dead in her home on the 11000 block of Woodhead Road in Richmond on May 19.
