How do I donate?

You can donate now online

Can I meet CBC hosts and personalities?

This year the public is invited to be part of an intimate, live studio audience in Vancouver for CBC Radio One programs on Food Bank Day, Dec. 2! Seating is limited so act fast! Head to this page for more information.

Note: Should the events reach capacity, a waitlist will be in place and individuals will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. Refer to this page for updates and to request a spot on the waitlist, please email vancouverevents@cbc.ca.

I registered to be part of the audience for a CBC Radio One show on Food Bank Day but can no longer attend. What should I do?

No problem – things happen! Please let us know by sending an email to vancouverevents@cbc.ca before Nov. 30 so we can offer your spot to an individual on the waitlist.

I can't donate money this year, but I want to volunteer with my local food bank. Are they accepting volunteers?

Yes! Please visit the Food Banks BC website to find your local food bank and learn about the opportunities available in your community.

I can't tune in to the Food Bank Day special programming on December 2. Can I listen to it online afterwards?

Yes! You can listen to replays of shows like The Early Edition, BC Today, North by Northwest and On The Coast online at CBC Listen
