News that the B.C. teachers' strike could be coming to an end is good news for many of B.C.'s kids—particularly those who rely on programs like Backpack Buddies to get enough to eat.

CBC's Shane Foxman visited an assembly line where 200 bags were being packed with food to be handed out to families in Vancouver's inner-city communities.
