Science World is teaching children about the science of giving

British Columbians celebrated Family Day in a variety of ways on the second Monday in February.

One that caught our attention was Science World, where they were teaching children about the science of giving. 

Organizers were trying to help kids harness their passion for helping others — be it whales or those less fortunate.

Shane Foxman reports on this unusually scientific way to spend Family Day.
