Protesters heckled an alleged B.C. neo-Nazi charged with assault as he entered a Vancouver court building for a brief appearance before a judge Friday.

RCMP have alleged that the accused, Shawn MacDonald, is one of three members of a white supremacist organization called Blood and Honour who face assault charges in connection with attacks on visible minorities between 2008 and 2010.
About a dozen protesters, some who had covered their faces with scarves and held up a large banner saying "Nazi scum f--k off," were outside the provincial courthouse on Main Street awaiting MacDonald, 39, who brushed by the group without comment as he entered the building.
MacDonald has been charged with separate attacks on an aboriginal woman, an Hispanic man and a black man. Robertson de Chazal, also an alleged member of Blood and Honour, is also charged in a separate attack on another black man.
After leaving court Friday, MacDonald dodged protesters and CBC News cameras by walking through a parking lot and entering the back door of the nearby No. 5 Orange strip club.
MacDonald's preliminary hearing on the charges is scheduled for February 2013.
De Chazal, 25, and Alistair Miller, 20, also an alleged member of the neo-Nazi organization, are charged assault in connection with an incident in which a sleeping Filipino man was set on fire in East Vancouver in October 2009.
