Actor Will Arnett has deep ties in Winnipeg: both his parents were Manitobans, though he was born in Toronto.

On Tuesday, he took a break from developing a new season of Arrested Development to talk to CBC News about his love of hockey.

Arnett, currently starring in the new-parent comedy Up All Night, also discussed his involvement in Dream Seats, a United Way program that will put professional sports tickets into the hands of Winnipeg youngsters who otherwise might never experience a live Jets, Blue Bombers or Goldeyes game.
