An employee at Jimmy's advises CBC News that not a lot of product was involved. He said it was labelling issue, and that there's nothing wrong with the product.

Grandpa Jimmy's Scottish Bakery is located at Grand Bend, Ont. The affected products were sold at outlets in London and Hamilton.

There have been no reports of illness associated with consumption of the products.

The affected products were sold in 450 gram and 900 gram packages and include:

  • Cherry Cake.
  • Dark Christmas Cake.
  • Dundee Cake.
  • Glasgow Gingerbread.
  • Light Christmas Cake.
  • Sultana Cake.

Eating these products could result in serious or life-threatening reactions for people with milk or sulphite allergies.
