Kathleen Phillips

Kathleen Phillips is a writer, actor and comedian. Her work as a character comedian earned her nominations for The Tim Sims Encouragement Award & a Canadian Comedy Award. Kathleen is the star of the sketch series "Sunnyside" (CITY TV). She plays "Emma Terdie" on Season 4 of MR.D (CBC) and has appeared in a number of comedy series’ for television including, “Cock’d Gunns” (IFC) This Hour Has 22 Minutes (CBC), “Dan for Mayor” (CTV) , “Hot Box” (Comedy Network). Kathleen is also on the “Sunnyside” writing staff and has written for The Ron James Show as well as other projects for  television and Radio. In 2013 Kathleen co-wrote and performed in her own Pilot, “Livin’ The Dream” for CBC television directed and co-written by Adam Brody and Dave Derewlaney (The Jon Dore show, Funny As Hell) and Produced by Just For Laughs (Montreal).
