Thousands of Syrian refugees are expected to arrive in Toronto in the weeks to come. This week, on Metro Morning, we're asking how ready are we? We begin our new series, City of Sanctuary, with a retired citizenship judge who was once a refugee himself. Aris Babikian warns that the logistical details of re-settling thousands of Syrians are immense.
