New Voters

Throughout the election campaign, we have been bringing you a series called "Democracy From The Ground Up". It is about getting people to sign voting pledges in a riding with the lowest voter turn-out rate in the GTA. Matt Galloway spoke with Jamil Jivani. He is a visiting professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, and with Michael Thorburn, one of Jamil's students.
