Bad tenant

Wilf Dinnick and Sonia Verma thought they had found the perfect tenant to rent their home in Trinity Bellwoods while they were overseas. Instead, he allegedly transformed their 4-bedroom semi into a rooming house, illegally subletting rooms to as many people as he could fit in. Guest host David Common talked to Kat Shermack. She is the journalist who discovered that secret and wrote about it in the latest edition of Toronto Life.
