The City of Toronto is trying to take art out of galleries and find ways to showcase it on the streets. Matt Galloway spoke with Arthur Sinclair, he is a member of the Corktown Business and Residents' Association. And with Elisa Monreal, she is a muralist who goes by the name of Shalak.
