Beyond the Politics: Transit in Toronto

Each of the mayoral candidates promises their transit plan will end the city's gridlock. This week, we're hearing what Toronto transit experts make of the transit plans put forward by the top three mayoral candidates.

Matt Galloway spoke with Eric Miller of the University of Toronto's Transportation Research Institute about John Tory's plan.
