Many Burlington residents are still dealing with the after-effects of Monday's flooding. Extreme weather -- such as heavy rainfall, severe cold snaps or heat-waves -- is becoming more and more common. How is Toronto adapting to what is becoming the new normal? Guest host David Common spoke to Jason Thistlethwaite. He is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Environment at the University of Waterloo, and an expert in climate change risk and adaptation.
