Feet Don't Fail Me

Ben Kaplan a writer with the National Post and the author of "Feet, Don't Fail Me Now." Today he kicks off an 11-month couch-to-marathon running program. The program is divided into 4 sessions, with each session ending in a race. 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon. The plan looks like this: Session 1: June 12th-August 16th, ending at A Midsummer Night's Run 5K Session 2: August 28-November 16, ending at Whitby Waterfront Fall Race 10K Session 3: November 25-March 1, ending at Chilly Half Marathon, Burlington Half Marathon Session 4: March 5-May 3, ending at Goodlife Fitness Toronto Marathon For more information, click here.
